What is the Mr. Puffs® app?

The Mr. Puffs mobile application has been developed to simplify ordering and payment. As a bonus, it also gives you the chance to collect points and redeem rewards. With the app, customers can now select and personalize their favorite Puffs flavours and beverages, choose the participating Mr. Puffs restaurant nearest to them, and pay directly via the app. 

When you are already physically in a Mr. Puffs restaurant, simply scan the barcode on your phone to ensure you accumulate your points and be able to redeem your rewards. Making everything you love at Mr. Puffs easier, faster and more personalized.

Every dollar spent on our entire menu gives you 1 Puffs Point, equivalent to $0,02. This virtual money can be used to buy anything you wish from Mr. Puffs menu, for your enjoyment. For us, every point we give you is a way to thank you and give back some of the love you share with us every time you visit.

 Physical Loyalty Punch Cards Discontinuation

As of February 28th, 2026, physical Mr. Puffs loyalty punch cards will no longer be accepted.

To redeem your points, please:

  • Create an account on the Mr. Puffs Application
  • Email loyalty@mrpuffs.com and include a clear photo of your punch card and email used for your loyalty account
